Gradelink Portal
All parents who have email addresses on file with the school have been sent their username and password either at the beginning of the school year or when they enrolled their child(ren) during the year. Upper classmen may also have their own username and password which allows them access to their class pages, grades, and assignments.
(Please note that these usernames and passwords will roll over into the new year if you are continuing with the school.)
If you have forgotten your username or password, once you click on the Gradelink Portal button below, please click the “Forgot Password” link. You will need to use the email address that the school has on file. If you are still unable to access the portal, please contact the school.
SCRIP
So what is this SCRIP program all about?
The SCRIP program is a way for you to support Christian Education at no cost to you!
How is this possible?
Scrip is a term that means “substitute money”. When you purchase scrip, you’re purchasing negotiable gift certificates that are used just like cash. The scrip is issued by the national and local retailers where many of your families already shop. These merchants want to support non profit organizations, and in return ask you to support them by shopping with scrip at their stores.
You can use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn revenue for our school.
How can I participate?
Simply click on the link below to view all the retailers currently participating in the Scrip program. Print out the form and select the amount you wish to purchase from the retailers you choose. Orders are submitted every other Monday and can be picked up by Thursday of the same week. Make checks payable to “BMCS PTF” for the full amount when placing your order. All orders should be placed prior to 10:30 AM on Monday. Please contact the school office if you have any additional questions.
